摘要
针对施工企业确定项目目标成本的现状，分析了在确定项目经理目标成本的过程中存在的问题，提出一种由施工企业与项目经理共同确定项目目标成本的方法，并建立一种科学而合理计算项目目标成本的模型，对于模型结论的正确性进行了充分地论证。
According to the situation of project cost index determined by construction enterprise, this paper firstly analyzed the problems during its operation; then put forward a new method of the cost index determination by the cooperation of the construction enterprise and the project manager, and set up a scientific model of the cost index＇s calculation; at last, the results of the model was discussed and argued fully.
