摘要
目的明确我院鲍曼不动杆菌中整合子的分布及基因盒结构。方法采用K-B法测定68株鲍曼不动杆菌对12种抗菌药物的敏感性,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)分析其整合子。结果鲍曼不动杆菌对含舒巴坦制剂头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、氨苄西林/舒巴坦耐药率最低分别为20.6%和47.1%,亚胺培南、美洛培南的耐药率分别为77.9%、75.0%,对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均在70%以上。36株细菌整合子PCR阳性,片段长度为2939bp,携带有aacA4、catB8和aadA1基因。结论鲍曼不动杆菌整合子主要介导对氨基糖苷类及氯霉素的耐药性。
Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance conditions and analyze the integrons in Acinetobacter Baumannii isolated from our hospital. Methods K-B tests were performed to detect the susceptibility of 12 kinds of antimicrobial agents against 68 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii. Integrons were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and DNA sequencing. Results The resistant rates of cefoperazone/sulbactam and ampicillin/ sulbaetam were 20. 6% and 47.1% respectively, while the resistant rates of imipenem and meropenem were 77.9% and 75 % respectively. The resistant rates of other antimicrobial agents were all more than 70%. Integrons were amplified successfully in 36 of 68 strain of Acinetobacter Baumanrtli. And the PCR products were 2.gk-bp long and contained the aacA4 gene, catB8 gene and addA1 gene. Conclusions The integrons in Acinetobacter Baumannii isolated from our hospital mediated the resistance to aminoglycosides and chloramphenicol.
