摘要
探讨了微胶囊的制备条件和微胶囊后整理工艺对整理效果持久性的影响。通过实验得知:环氧树脂与芳香中药的用量分别为12g和4mL,反应搅拌速度为乳化搅拌速度的1/2,乳化剂用量在1～2mL时,微胶囊的粒径最小,持久性最好。同时,后整理工艺的合理选择也对整理效果的持久性具有影响。
This paper discusses the influence of the preparation conditions and the post finishing technology of the microcapsule on the durability of the finishing effect. The experimental results show that the microcapsule size comes to its minimum and the durability is the best under the conditions that the applied amount ratio between the epoxy resin is 12 g and aromatic agent is 4 mL, the reactive stirring speed is 1/2 of the emulsifying stirring speed and the applied amount of emulsifier is 1～2 mL. In addition, the proper selection of post finishing technology also has some influence on the durability of the finishing effect.
