玫瑰香精微胶囊缓释性的影响因素研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用热重-差热分析测量了脲醛树脂玫瑰香精微胶囊的芯材缓释性能,用显微镜二次变焦法测量了微胶囊粒径大小及膜厚,用扫描电子显微镜测量微胶囊的结构,研究了香精微胶囊的壁厚、粒径、缩聚终点pH值、脲甲醛摩尔比对其缓释性的影响。实验表明,香精微胶囊的释放速率随着微胶囊膜厚的增加、粒径的减小而减小,缓释性增强,当缩聚终点pH 1.5、n(脲)∶n(甲醛)为1∶2时,形成的微胶囊表面结构紧密无凹陷,其缓释性较强。 The controlled- releasing performance of rose compound microcapsules with urea - formaldehyde resin wall were measured by DTA - TGA. The wall thickness and particle size of mierocapsule were measured by duplex focusing optical microscope and the structural characteristics of mierocapsule were measured by SEM. Factors that effect controlled - releasing performance of rose compound mieroeapsules were studied. Results showed that the releasing rate decreased not only with the increase of membrane thickness, but also with the decrease of particle size. In the conditions of the end point pH 1.5 and the molar ratio of urea to formaldehyde n (urea) : n (formaldehyde) = 1:2 , good controlled - releasing performance can be achieved
