摘要
大量复杂的深层障碍物切割清理是上海市轨道交通四号线修复工程中的诸多难题之一,在综合比较同类设备性能的基础上,选用全回转钻机作为清障设备,结合该工程,对全回转钻机进行深层障碍物切割清理施工的设备情况、工作的基本原理以及在四号线修复工程中对隧道实施保护性切割的措施,对临江花苑大厦角点的切割措施等加以介绍。工程实践表明全回转钻机垂直精度好、施工效率高,在工程中针对具体情况采取的相应措施行之有效,成果可为其它同类工程提供借鉴与参考。
It is regarded as the critical issue for recovery work of Shanghai metro line No.4 that plenty of deep obstacles need to be cut and eliminated. The 360° rotator machine is chosen as major equipment used for deep obstacles cutting and elimination based on comparison of similar machines. Taking the recovery work as example, the general condition of equipments, construction principle and measures used in the work including protection of tunnel part in good condition and cutting and elimination of Linjiang tall building vertex are introduced. The construction practice indicates that the 360° rotator machine has good precision and efficiency. The experience may offer reference for other similar projects.
