超长联络通道穿越富水砂层废弃隧道施工技术

Construction Technology of Super Long Cross Passage Crossing Abandoned Tunnel in Water-rich Sand Layer

摘要 佛山地铁2号线湖绿区间2#联络通道需横穿富水砂层废弃盾构隧道,采用冻结法施工难度大、风险高。基于此,采用地面套管钻机对废弃盾构隧道提前进行清障处理,解决了冻结管施工问题,并通过对联络通道两侧废弃隧道进行回填、优化冻结设计、调整回填水泥砂浆及圆砾地层冻结管施工方法等措施,顺利完成了联络通道的施工。总结出一套施工技术,可为类似地层施工及清除特殊障碍物施工提供参考思路。 The No.2 cross passage in running tunnel between Nanzhuang station and Huyong station of Foshan Metro Line 2 needs to cross the abandoned shield-driven tunnel in water-rich sand layer,which is difficult and risky to be constructed by freezing method.In view of this,ground casing drilling rig was used for clear the obstacles of the abandoned shield tunnel in advance,which prepared for freezing pipe construction.By backfilling the abandoned tunnel at both sides of the cross passage,optimizing the freezing design,and adjusting the construction method of freezing pipes in backfilling cement mortar and round gravel stratum,the construction of the cross passage was successfully completed.A set of construction techniques have been summarized to provide reference ideas for the construction in similar strata and the construction for clearing special obstacles.
