氧化硫硫杆菌对721矿铀矿石的适应性驯化 被引量:1

The Flexibility Domestication of Thiobacillus Thiooxidans on Uranium Ore from 721 Deposite

摘要 从氧化硫硫杆菌(T.t)的最佳生长条件、对矿石适应性及氟离子对细菌活性的影响等几个方面进行探讨。通过适应驯化,菌种能适应固液比为1∶3的培养体系,耐氟能力提高到0.35g/L。 The best growth condition of Thiobacillus Thiooxidans(T. t), the adaption on uranium ore and the affection on microbe activity by fluorine are discussed. After adaptable domestication, the T. t can grow well in the cultivate system that the solid/liquid ratio is 1 : 3, and the ability of fluorin endure rise to 0.35 g/L.
