摘要
以硝酸胍、丙二酸二乙酯和糖精为起始原料,经5步反应合成了苯磺酰脲类除草剂氟嘧磺隆。所得产物纯度为99%,总收率为31·2%。且该路线具有原料易得、反应条件温和、操作简单等优点。
Starting from guanidine nitrate, diethyl malonate and glucide, the benzene sulfonyl urea herbicide primisulfurion-methyl is synthesized through five steps of reaction. The purity of target product is 99% , and the total yield is 31.2%. This synthetic route has the merits, such as easy availability of raw materials, mild reaction condition, simple operation and so on.
