摘要
报道了１２种含不同取代嘧啶环的苯磺酰脲的合成及初步的生物活性测定结果，其中１０种为新化合物。结构经１ＨＮＭＲ。
Ten new N′ (4,5,6 trisubstituted pyrimidin 2 yl)benzenesulfonylureas and two N′ (4,6 disubstituted pyrimidin 2 yl)benzenesulfonylureas were synthesized. Their structures of tanget molecules have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Their biological activities have been tested and some of them exhibited marked activity.
