摘要
目的:建立测定复方甘草口服溶液中愈创甘油醚含量的方法。方法:选用Accu BounDⅡC18固相萃取小柱对样品进行纯化,采用Hypersil ODS(4．6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0．05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0．0025 mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠水溶液-乙腈(20:20:4)为流动相,流速为1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果:线性范围为5-40μg·ml-1,r=0．999 9;回收率为101．0％,RSD为1．5％。结论:该法简便快速、结果准确可靠、可用于复方甘草口服溶液中愈创甘油醚的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination the content of guaifenesin in coumpound glycyrrhiza oral solution by SPE-HPLC. Method： Hypersil ODS column （4.6 mm×250 mm ,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was 0.05 mol· L^ -1 KH2 PO4 - 0.0025 mol· L^ -1 C7 H15 NaO3 S-acetonitrile （ 20： 20： 4）, the flowing rate was 1.0 ml·min^ -1, the detecting wavelength was at 220 nm. Result： The calibration cure of guaifenesin was linear in the range of 5 - 40 μg· ml^ -1 （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery （ n = 9 ） was 101.0% with RSD 1.5%. Conclusion： The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
