摘要
三峡大学图书馆作为学校推行人事分配制度改革工作试点单位,实施了力度较大的人事分配制度改革,取得了显著成效。作者就改革中诸方面的问题做了一些论述。
As the experiment unit of the reform of personnel distribution SYstem, Three Gorges University Library has been implementing the reform of personnel distribution system vigorously and has made the good achievements.The author does some research on the problems appeared in the course of the reform of personnel distribution system.
