摘要
目的:探讨神经白塞病(NBD)的诊治方法及误诊的原因。方法:对神经白塞病2例进行回顾性分析。结果:2例男性患者均有中枢神经系统损害的症状、体征及影像学表现,均曾被误诊,经详细询问病史及体格检查后才得以正确诊断。结论:对于中枢神经系统损害的患者,如果难以用常见神经系统疾病来解释,尤其是男性患者,应注意到本病的可能,病史询问不详细、体格检查不充分、缺乏对该病的认识是造成误诊的主要原因。
Objective：To investigate the diagnosis,treatment methods and misdiagnostic reasons of neuro-Behcet＇s disease （NBD）. Methods;The clinical data of 2 patients with NBD was analyzed. Results.Two male patients had CNS defect and sites of CNS involvement in neuroimaging ,they had been misdiagnosed until detailed history and physical examination. Conclusions ：For a patient who had central nervous system involvement ,NBD should be considered as well as other neurological disorders,lacks of detailed history ,physical examination and recognition of NBD are the main causes of misdiagnosis.
