金双歧联合思密达治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻51例报告

摘要 目的探讨金双歧联合思密达治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻病的效果。方法将婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻患儿85例随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(34例)。两组一般治疗相同,对照组予思密达口服,治疗组在此基础上联合金双歧口服。结果治疗组有效率为96.08%,对照组总有效率为67.65%,两组比较χ2=12.73,P<0.01。结论金双歧联合思密达口服治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻可提高总有效率,且无副作用。
