摘要本文简要介绍了国外网络出版物呈缴制度的现状,分析了我国在建立网络出版物呈缴制度时面临的问题,并提出了一些解决的对策。 With a brief description of the current situation of the legal deposit system of networked publications in foreign countries, this paper analyzes the problems faced by China in establishing the legal deposit system of networked publications, and puts forward some countermeasures.
