摘要
文章探讨了公共图书馆精神的内容实质,认为我国《图书馆法》应传播和实践公共图书馆精神,并应该重新审视和进一步深入研究《图书馆法》草案的立法目的,这将有利于制定更为科学合理的《图书馆法》。
This thesis discusses the problem of what the spirit of public library is,and claims that it should spread abroad and fulfills the Spirit.We should survey again and study more on the purpose of Library Law draft,which will benefit us to construct more scientific and reasonable law.
