摘要
试验研究了D101型、AB-8型、S-8型及HPD-450型4种大孔吸附树脂对陈皮中黄酮类化合物的吸附与分离性能,研究结果表明,D101型大孔吸附树脂对陈皮黄酮的吸附效果最好,适宜于工业生产,有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, the performance of absorption and separation of four kinds of macroporous resins, D101, AB-8, S-8 and HPD-450 for the flavonoids from citrus were studied. The results show that D101 is the best absorption capacity. It is suited for the production and possess spacious prospect.
