摘要
分析了市场经济条件下综合性二级医院所面临的挑战,结合我院托管二级医院的实践,在医院发展战略中,运用企业界推崇的波特差异化竞争战略,对二级医院生存与发展作了探讨。实践证明,综合性二级医院制定和实施差异化竞争战略,有利于保证医院组织体系的高效运转,提升医院的综合实力,保持医院的可持续发展。
The authors analyzed the challenges lever 2 hospital were facing in the fierce competition of the healthcare market under the market economics. It was combined with the practices in lever 2 hospital trustee. We applied Michael E. Port＇s differentiation competition strategy in the hospital management which was widely advocated in the enterprise and explored how lever 2 hospital could live and develop. Concerning lever 2 hospital, differentiation competition strategy would facilitate the efficient work of the hospital structure and elevate the strength and keep the sustainable development.
