摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定巴戟口服液中2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。方法以乙腈-水（20：80）为流动相，大连依利特ODS（2）柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）为固定相，流速为1ml／min，检测波长为320nm。结果2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的测定在0．004264～0．1066mg／ml范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为97．9％，RSD为1．3％。结论方法简单、灵敏、快速，可用于巴戟口服液中2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the assay of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-gLucoside in baji koufuye. Methods Separation was performed on a ODS（2） column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile： water（20： 80,v/v）. The flow rate was 1 ml·min^-1. The UV detector wavelength was set at 320 nm. Result 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside had a good linear relation-ship in the range of 0. 004264 ～ 0. 1066 mg/ml, the average recovery was 97. 9% with RSD 1.3 %. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to determinate the content of baji koufuye.
