Study on Prediction for 3D Cutting Force Based on FEM

摘要 采用大型有限元分析软件Deform3D建立了三维切削的切削力预报模型并对车削的切削力进行了预报。为了验证预报结果的准确性,进行了车削的测力实验,并将预报的结果、理论公式和传统的经验公式在相同切削条件下的计算结果与实验结果进行了对比分析。其结果表明采用有限元方法进行三维切削力的预报是可行的。 The predictive model for 3D cutting forces is developed using the FEM analysis software Deform-3D. With the help of the model, the turning cutting forces prediction is conducted. The experiment for turning cutting forces measurement is performed to .verify the accuracy of the predecfion results, and the comparative analysis of the results obtained from the prediction based on FEM, the calculation using the theoretical formula and comvenfional empirical formula at the same cutting conditions and the experiment is pursued. The results show that the 3D ctitting forces prediction using FEM is feasible.
