Application of Virtual Manufacturing Technique in Machining

摘要 利用虚拟制造技术对金属的切削加工过程进行了模拟仿真研究。按照实际加工条件建立了切削模拟模型 ,按照国家标准建立的硬质合金可转位刀片的三维模型既考虑到真实的刀片几何形状 ,也考虑了其安装角度参数。利用软件DEFORM3D对金属切削过程中的切屑流动状态及过程中的温度场和应力场进行了模拟加工并分析了模拟结果。 Using the virtual manufacturing technique the process of metal cutting is simulated. A cutting model is built in accordant with the real working envir onment. In the simulation, the WC hard-alloy cutting tool was built in accordin g to meet the GB, in which the real shape of cutting tool and the angle paramete rs in the mounting are also considered. The chip flowage ,in the temperature fi eld and stress field in the process of metal cutting are simulated with the comm ercial software DEFORM3D and the simulation results are analysed.
