摘要
目的分析郴州市海、水产品霍乱弧菌污染状况及菌型特征。方法采集市场销售的海、水产品,对其整体或部分及相应的体表、肛门或鳃部涂片进行增菌、分离、鉴定。用家兔小肠段结扎实验检测O139群肠毒素。结果郴州市海、水产品霍乱弧菌带菌率为0.64%(2/311),两株霍乱弧菌均来自甲鱼(2/77),经鉴定分别为O1群和O139群,后者能产霍乱肠毒素(CT),还检出其他致病性弧菌9株。结论郴州市水产品存在O139群霍乱弧菌污染,给我们提出了一个新的卫生学问题,建议在今后的监测中采用整体或部分采集法。
Objective To find out the contamination conditions with Vibrio chelerae among the marine & aquatic products in markets. Methods Sampling marine and aquatic products regularly in the market and collecting the whole or part of the body, daubing of the body surface, branchia or anus specimens. Cultivation, isolation and identification of V. chelerae O1 or O139 serotypes were conducted. Results Altogether 311 sample specimens were collected and 2 strains V. chelerae were discovered, one was V. chelerae O139 and the other was V. chelerae O1, the positive rate was 0.64% (2/311). The two strains V. chelerae were all isolated from the Chinese turtle (2/77). The V. chelerae O139 isolated produced cholera entertoxin (CT). In the meantime we also isolated other 9 strains of pathogenic vibrios. Conclusion The aquatic products in the market of Chenzhou were contaminated with V. chelerae. This is really a new hygienic problem.
