摘要
本试验应用双抗EIA测定了14头奶牛发情周期中奶孕酮浓度变化。结果表明:配种后1—5天奶中孕酮含量较低,小干3ng/mL,配种后6-10天,奶中孕酮含量逐渐上升(>3-<8ng/mL),配种后11天,奶孕酮含量迅速上升,并维持到配种后19天,奶孕酮含量超过8ng/mL,配种后20天,未孕牛奶孕酮开始下降,并在21天陡降到低水平(<1ng/mL),配种后21—24天,孕牛奶孕酮含量显著高于非孕牛(P<0.01)。本试验表明:双抗EIA灵敏度高,准确性和重复性好,具有实用价值。可用于奶牛早孕诊断。
Milk progesterone levels were measured daily using double antibodyEIA during oestrous cycle in 14 dairy cows. The results show that milk proges-terone levels were Iow from day 1 to day 5 (<3ng/mL) after A, I., Progesteronelevels rose gradually from day 6 to day 10 (>3-<8ng/mL); an abrupt rise wasobserved on day 11 and was maintained through day 19 (>8ng/mL); and Progesteronelevels began to decrease on day 20 and declined sbarply to low level (<1ng/mL)on day 21. Milk progesterone leyels in Fregnant cows were significant higher thanthose of non-pregnant cows (P<0. 01) during 21-24 days after A. I,, It is concluledthat the double antibody EIA has practical value for measutement of milk progesterone level and can be used for early pregnancy diagnosis in dairy cows.
