摘要
随着规模化牛场养殖集约化程度的加深,妊娠检查要求在30d之前达到高准确率,但现在的早期妊娠诊断方法明显达不到要求。本文重点从免疫学方法入手,比较了不同方法针对不同内源物质在早期妊娠诊断上的技术难度、繁琐程度、成本、精确程度,以期为后续早期妊娠诊断发展和研究提供方向。
With the development of large-scale dairy farming intensification deepened, pregnancy inspection requirements before 30 days to achieve high accuracy, but the early pregnancy diagnosis method now was not up to the requirements. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for the diagnosis of early pregnancy were compared, in order to provide the direction for the development and research of early pregnancy diagnosis.
