摘要
以双硫腙为显色剂,在银试样的溶液中加入过量的双硫腙-四氯化碳溶液萃取,于波长625nm处测定剩余双硫腙的吸光度,并根据双硫腙与银的定量关系采用间接法[1]测定试样中银的含量。该方法的相对标准偏差0.17%;样品测定结果的相对平均偏差为0.26%;符合分光光度分析测定的要求。
Dithzone is selected as the colour reagent in this method. Superfluous dithzone is first added to the silver sample solution, then extracted by carbon tetracnloride.Absorbance of residual dithzone is determined at 625nm According to the quantificational relationship between dithzone and silver, content of silver is determined with indirect method. The standard deviation of the method is 0.17%. Relative mean deviation of determined results of the sample is 0. 26%. The proposed method satisfies the requirements of spectrophotomety.
