乳腺癌溶骨性骨转移机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 骨是乳腺癌最常见的远处转移部位之一。临床上骨转移大多为溶骨性转移,乳腺癌细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞和骨基质细胞共同参与这一病理过程。这些细胞分泌的细胞因子在骨转移启动和发展环节中起重要作用,并可能成为治疗骨转移新的靶点。
