摘要
目的探讨人体在急性缺氧状态下体内瘦素(leptin)水平的变化。方法以来自平原地区,经体检证实身体健康的34名汉族男性登山队员为研究对象。按测量地区海拔不同,将研究对象分为2800m组(7人)和5050m组(27人)。当登山队员进入海拔2800m和5050m地区24h后,于清晨空腹采取肘部静脉血10ml,4000r/min离心20min,分离到的血清置于液氮中保存。采用放射免疫法和由中科院协和技术公司提供的试剂盒,由专业技术人员测定血清中的leptin含量。同时采用美国Datex-Ohmeda公司生产的Tuffsat脉搏血氧饱和度监护仪测量队员的动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)。结果5050m组血清中leptin水平为(9.08±7.77)ng/ml,高于2800m组犤(2.02±1.09)ng/ml犦;5050m组SaO2为70.85%±11.64%,低于2800m组(90.14%±2.54%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论急性缺氧可刺激人体血清中leptin水平升高。
Objective To understand the change of leptin level in human in acute hypoxia state. Methods 34 male moun 'taineers were examined, 7 at the altitude of 2 800 m, 27 at 5 050 m. The serum leptin level and anoxic degree were, determined by radioimmunoassay and arterial oxygen saturation were determined by Tuffsat arterial oxygen saturation monitor. Results The leptin level at 5 050 m [(9.08±7.77) ng/ml] was significantly higher than that at 2 800 m[(2.02±1.09) ng/ml], P〈0.001, while arterial oxygen saturation at 5 050 m(70.85%±11.64%) was significantly lower compared with that at 2 800 m(90.14%±2.54%), P〈0.001. Conclusion Acute hypoxia can greatly increase the serum leptin level in human.
