摘要
组织培养技术对于芸薹属植物育种材料的保存与繁殖以及遗传改良有着十分重要的意义。自20世纪70年代开始以来,芸薹属植物组织培养研究取得了长足的进展。就基因型、外植体、接种方法和培养基等影响芸薹属植物器官离体再生因素的研究进展进行了综述。
Plant tissue culture plays an important role in conservation and propagation of breeding materials, as well as in genetic improvement in Brassica. Great progress has been made on the research of tissue culture in Brassica since 1970s. The advances on research of the factors, such as genotypes, explants, incubate method and media, which influence in vitro regeneration of organs in Brassica were discussed.
