摘要
以饲料甜菜和糖甜菜杂种F1与3个亲本对照为试验材料,对各材料的主要性状进行比较研究。试验结果表明,杂种F1代在根产量、粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量3个性状上表现强杂种优势;粗纤维含量、含糖率与抗病性杂种优势弱;根产量与含糖率(r=-0.818*)、含糖率与粗纤维含量(r=0.907**)、粗蛋白含量与粗脂肪含量(r=0.954**)、根产量与粗纤维(r=0.736*)4对性状相关程度高,规律明显。同一性状正交、反交杂种优势不同,根产量、粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量在正交杂种中杂种优势明显;含糖率、粗纤维含量、干物质含量在反交杂种中优势明显。
The main characters of F1 hybrid (fodder beet × sugarbeet) and three parent strains were studied in this experiment. The result showed that three F1 hybrid characters including root yield, crude protein content and crude fat content are in effective strong heterosis;The hybrid vigor of crude fiber content, sugar content and resistance to leaf spot disease are weak. There is a significant correlation among the four pairs of character, such as root yield and sugar content(r=-0.818^*), sugar content and crude fiber content (r=0.907^**), crude protein content and crude fat content (r=0.954^*), root yield and crude fiber content (r=0.736^*).The hybrid vigor of the same character is different from direct-cross hybrid or reciprocal-cross hybrid. The hybrid vigor of root yield, crude protein content and crude fat content are obvious under direct crossing, whereas, the sugar content, crude fiber content and dry matter content are significant superiority under reciprocal crossing.
