甜菜根重与含糖率相关关系的研究 被引量:16

A Study on the Correlation between Root Weight and Sugar Content in Sugar Beet

摘要 测试分析结果在明,甜菜根主与合糖率主权显著负相关(r=-0.796),但根重在500g以下时,二者二极显著正相关(r=0.964)500~1000g重块根为根重与糖分兼优型;根重与三生维管束环问薄壁组织带宽度呈负相关,说明根重过大,环间薄壁组织过旺发育是低糖的主要原因;根头含糖率为根体的77.3%~80.4%,冠/根比与根重呈正相关,根越重,根头趋大,降低含糖率。 The results showed that there was a negative correlation between root weight andSugar content(r=-0.796),but it had Significant positive correlation below 500g rootweight(r=0.964),The roots with wcight of 500~1000g were good both in root weightand sugar content. And had negative correlation with root weight and band width ofpare nchymatous tissue between the tertiary vascular bundles. and it demonstrated that was themajor reason of low sugar content with heavicr root and flourishing parenchymatous tissuebetween vascular bundlcs. Sugar content of crown was only 77. 3%~80.4% of root. Therewas positive comlation in crown/root to root weight more heavier and crownmore large and to decrease sugar content.
