摘要
研究表明,6株苜蓿根瘤菌能在含1%~8%NaCl、K2SO4及pH7~13的环境中生长,具有较强的耐盐性和耐碱性.除1株产碱外,其余5株都产酸,随环境pH、NaCl、K2SO4浓度的增加菌株产酸(碱)的能力逐渐降低.苜蓿根瘤菌通过产酸(碱)改变环境pH值,从而对pH值较高的盐碱地具有一定的改良作用.
Six strains of Rhizobium meliloti were isolated that grew in the environment of 1% -8% NaCl, or 1% - 8% K2SO4, or pH7 - 13. They have a characteristic of strong saline-alkali tolerance . Except one strain of Rhizobium meliloti that produces alkali, the other 5 isolates produce acid. With the increase of pH, and concentrations of NaCl and K2SO4, corresponding capacities of producing acid/alkali of Rhizobium meliloti gradually descend. Rhizobium meliloti can improve Environment pH by producing acid and alkali. Therefore, Rhizobium meliloti can meliorate alkaline land with high pH to a certain degree.
