摘要 目的综合分析中国妇女子宫内膜癌与PTEN蛋白质表达的关系,为子宫内膜癌临床诊断和治疗以及病因研究提供证据。方法采用Meta分析的方法对所有有关中国人群子宫内膜癌与PTEN蛋白表达研究的文献进行汇总、归纳和分析。结果 8篇入选同类文献联合分析发现,子宫内膜癌组织、非典型性增生内膜组织中PTEN蛋白表达缺失率显著高于正常组织.差异有显著性(P<0.01);非典型性增生子宫内膜的蛋白表达缺失率与子宫内膜癌比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);蛋白表达缺失率与肌层浸润与否有关,有肌层浸润的患者子宫内膜癌组织PTEN蛋白表达缺失率显著高于无肌层浸润者,差异有显著性(P< 0.05);未发现蛋白表达缺失率与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴转移有显著关联(P>0.05)。结论 PTEN蛋白表达缺失可能与中国妇女子宫内膜癌的发生具有密切关系。 Objective To explore the relationship between PTEN protein expression and endometrial carcinoma among Chinese women. Methods Pertinent data were extracted from retrieved published papers in Chinese Language and meta-analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between PTEN protein expression and endometrial carcinoma. Results The loss rate of PTEN protein expression was significantly higher in endometrial carcinoma and non-typical hyperplasia tissues than that in normal endometrium. There was no significant difference in loss of PTEN protein expression between non-typical hyperplasia tissue and endometrial carcinoma tissue. In endometrial carcinoma, the loss of PTEN protein expression was related to the myometrium invasion, hut not to clinical stage, pathological grade and lymph metastasis. Concision The loss of PTEN protein expression is closely related with endometrial carcinoma among Chinese women.
