摘要
本文综述了碱木素类油田化学剂的研究进展。以碱木素为主要原料，可以制成许多油田化学剂，如钻井液添加剂、油井水泥添加剂、堵水调剖剂、表面活性剂采油的牺牲剂、原油乳化降粘剂等。利用碱木素制备油田化学剂可降低油田化学剂的成本，减少纸厂制浆黑液对环境的污染，有发展前景。
The utilization of alkali lignin, a by product of pulping industry, is the need for the environmental protection. Lignin based oilfield chemicals have the benefit of cheapness and can be used for different purposes. In this paper the complicity in chemical structure, the properties (dispersive, binding, surface activity), and the principal methods of modification of alkalin lignin are introduced. The lignin based chemicals used and recommended as treating agents for drilling fluids, cement additives, water plugging profile controlling agents, EOR surfactants (sacrificial agents and flooding chemicals) and the direct use of black liquor as flooding fluid are reviewed. At present time in China the alkali lignin from non wood black liquor is the main raw material to prepare oilfield chemicals.
