桩西低渗裂缝性油藏复合调剖技术研究

摘要 桩120区块裂缝发育,见水后多轮次调剖效果差,窜流以人工加天然相互沟通的裂缝为主。针对这种复杂的低渗裂缝性油藏水窜情况,提出了"复合调剖体系封堵裂缝+多轮次调剖"的思路,通过室内实验优选出适合该区块封堵裂缝复合调剖体系交联剂形成的铬冻胶,并对复合体系多轮次调剖的驱油效果进行了评价。结果表明,复合堵剂能有效的对裂缝进行封堵,多轮次调剖能有效延缓后续水驱含水上升速度,延长调剖有效期,提高水驱采收率。在一定程度上对复杂网络水窜的难题进行了研究,是低渗裂缝性油藏调剖的一次有益探索。 There are cracks in the Zhuang 120 block,and the effect of multiple rounds of profile control after water breakthrough is poor.The channeling is mainly artificial and natural cracks that communicate with each other.Aiming at the water channeling situation of this complex low-permeability fractured reservoir,the idea of"combined profile control system to plug fractures+multiple rounds of profile control"was proposed,and the compound profile control suitable for the block to plug fractures was selected through laboratory experiments.The chromium jelly formed by the system crosslinking agent,and the oil displacement effect of the composite system for multiple rounds of profile control was evaluated.The results show that the composite plugging agent can effectively seal the fractures,and multiple rounds of profile control can effectively delay the subsequent water—flooding water cut rise rate,extend the effective period of profile control,and improve waterflooding recovery.To a certain extent,the problem of complex network water channeling is studied,which is a useful exploration for profile control of low-permeability fractured reservoirs.
