摘要
运用当前汽车系统动力学的研究思路,根据设计实践的需要,建立了4轮5自由度的简化汽车振动模型,同时筛选部分输出的动力学指标,结合某段公路设计方案对模型的评价功能进行了仿真运算.运算结果显示:汽车动力模型对速度变化的敏感程度没有传统刚体模型大,而对线形的平纵指标变化反应更灵敏,反映出传统设计由于对汽车本身的刚体假设和更偏向安全需求,而使线形指标采用过于保守,存在资源浪费的可能;但对实际使用质量却考虑不够,往往导致线形舒适性和统一性下降.
Based on the method of system-dynamic research in vehicles, the brief 4 wheels 5 dimentions vehicle systemic vibration model is established; some dynamic indexes are selected, and then the evaluation function is operated by simulating on some highway design proiect section. The result shows that the dynamic model is less sensitive to the change of velocity, but more sensitive to the change of plain and vertical indexes than the traditional rigid model. It shows that traditional design tends to be conservative on the adoption of design indexes and may cause waste of resource due to the vehicle-rigid body hypothesis and preference for safety demand; and also shows that less consideration is given to the highway using quality which often leads to the decline of comfort and unification.
