摘要
目的:探讨肾脏集合管癌的病理学特征、免疫表型和鉴别诊断。方法:应用常规病理、免疫组化方法观察1例肾脏集合管癌标本并复习相关文献。结果:肿瘤位于肾脏中央区的髓质,境界不清。组织学以不规则的管状和管状乳头状结构为主,伴炎症性促纤维组织增生性间质。免疫组化显示肿瘤细胞34βE12和vimentin阳性,CD10阴性。结论:肾脏集合管癌是肾脏少见的恶性上皮性肿瘤,诊断及鉴别诊断主要依靠病理组织学和免疫组化检查。
Objective To explore the pathologic features, immunophenotype and differential diagnosis of carcinoma of the collecting ducts of Bellini.Methods A case of carcinoma of the collecting ducts of Bellini was studied with conventional histopathological, immunohistochemical stains and review of the literature. Results The tumour was located centrally in the medullary zone of the kidney with irregular borders. Histologic examination showed prominent irregular tubular and tubulopapillary structures with a inflammatory desmoplastic stroma. Immunohistochemically, the neoplastic cells were positive for 34βE12 and vimentin, but negative for CD10.Condusion Carcinoma of the collecting ducts of Bellini is a rare malignant epithelial tumoor. The diagnosis of carcinoma of the collecting ducts of Bellini mainly relies on histopathological and immunohistochemical findings.
