摘要 目的:探索用蛋白芯片检测慢性肝病患者血清细胞因子的可能性。方法:制备了检测IL-2、IL-4和TNF-α细胞因子的蛋白芯片,并优化了检测条件。对34份临床标本进行检测,并与ELISA检测进行比较。结果:蛋白芯片检测结果与ELISA结果有很好的相关性,但蛋白芯片具有更好的灵敏性。结论:用蛋白芯片检测慢性肝病患者血清标志物是完全可能的。 Objective: To explore the possibility of detecting cytokines in the serum of patients with chronic liver disease by protein microarray.Methods: The protein microarray was made for detecting IL-2, IL-4 and TNF-α, and the test condition was optimized. Thirty four clinical specimens were tested with the protein microarray, and the results of protein microarray were compared with the results of ELISA. Results: The results of protein microarray is pertinent with the results of ELISA. But the sensi bility of protein microarray is better than that of ELISA.Conelusion: To detecte cytokines in the serum of patients with chronic liver disease by protein microarray has possibility.
