摘要
芯片在工作时容易变热,为了保证芯片工作在一个稳定的状态,必须保证芯片温度的变化在可容许的范围以内。对高速芯片采取冷却技术,首先要精确检测工作时的温度变化。温度传感器集成电路是一种完全基于半导体硅的温度检测新技术,能够实现扩展测温范围、进行远程温度监测。采用风扇自动控制技术与温度传感器集成电路,不仅可以节约成本,而且减少噪音污染,是高速芯片冷却技术的发展趋势。
High-speed chips tend to run hot,in order to keep the chips within the steady operating state, it is necessary to keep the chips temperature change in a sufferance ranges. The first thing is to accurately examine the temperature change, when a cooling technique is used with high-speed chips. Temperature sensor integrated circuit is silicon-based new technique, which is used with temperature sensing. It can realize sensing extend temperature and remote temperature-sensing. Temperature sensor and automatic fan control technique integrated circuit is the development tends in cooling high - speed chips. It can not only subtract costs, but also reduce the pollution of noise.
