摘要
总结目前高职专院校分配制度中存在的问题,提出了深化分配制度改革所需的转变思想观念、定编定岗定职责、完善岗位聘任和管理、完善奖励制度、健全考核制度、健全学科带头人制度、建立多元化的津贴分配办法、正确处理校、院(系)和个人的关系等8条对策.
The paper sums up problems existing in the present distribution system of higher specialized professional colleges, and puts forward eight countermeasures such as transforming ideological viewpoint, fixing personnel plan, positions and duties, perfecting position appointment and its management, completing checking system, bettering subject- leader system, forming a multi - dement allowance distribution method, correctly dealing with relationship between the college or institution （or department） and individuals and something like that.
