摘要
合成了油溶性N,N-双十二烷基壳聚糖。以氯仿为共溶剂,采用溶液共混法,制备了各种不同比例的N,N-双十二烷基壳聚糖(NDLC)/L-聚乳酸(PLLA)共混物。TG实验表明,聚乳酸的介入提高了N,N-双十二烷基壳聚糖的热分解温度。DSC实验表明,随着N,N-双十二烷基壳聚糖比例的增大,共混物中聚乳酸的结晶形态会发生改变,甚至出现无定形结构;而在两者比例相近时,共混物在115℃处出现一个新的吸热峰。
Oil-soluble N, N - dilau formed by the reaction of chitosan an ryl chitosan was synthesized by d lauryl aldehyde. The product reducing the Schiff's base has been characterized by FT-IR, NMR and EA. In this paper, five different mass ratios of N, N-dilauryl chitosan/poly (L-lactic acid) blends have been prepared by solution blending using chloroform as solvent. TG experimental results show the thermal decomposition temperature of N,N-dilauryl chitosan in the blends are raised to 220℃ from 168 ℃. DSC experiments indicate the crystal structure of poly (L-lactic acid) in the blends have been changed and even become amorphous structure as the ratio of N,N-dilauryl chitosan increasing; it is worthy to notice that the blends appear a new peak at 115 ℃ when the ratio of two components in the blend is closely equal.
