摘要
在不同的温度下对聚乙烯醇进行四次熔融挤出,通过比较每次挤出对应的加工参数及样条外观特性上的差异,借助红外、紫外光谱和热重的分析手段,探讨了聚乙烯醇在熔融加工中的热老化及热降解机理,这将有助于解决因热老化、热降解而导致的熔融加工困难、材料物理性能明显降低的问题。
PVA was repetitively extruded in four different temperatures. The processing parameters and apparent characteristics of the extruded samples were studied in details. The thermal aging and degradation mechanisms were studied by the thermogravimetric analysis, Fourier-transformation infrared spectroscopy and UV-visible spectrophotometer which characterized the changes of the structures of PVA in a melting extrusion process. It would be helpful in solving the problems in the melt processing and deterioration in physical properties as a result of the thermal aging and degradation.
