摘要 壳聚糖是一种天然离子型聚合物,易与DNA结合形成复合物,使DNA免受核酸酶的降解。壳聚糖具有很好的生物相容性及生物可降解性,且无细胞毒性和溶血性,是一种有潜力的基因递送载体。现对不同壳聚糖在基因递送中的研究进展作一综述。
