摘要
环境的不确定性形成了企业危机的潜在性,而在危机的处理中,速度是关键,由此提出了对于以增强组织快速反应能力为特点的企业柔性管理能力的考验。在此基础上分析了企业危机与管理柔性的本质特征,并针对危机带来的不确定性,探讨了管理柔性与危机程度的内在关联,提出了应对危机所要求的企业管理柔性化策略。
Environmental indeterminacy causes the potential of enterprise crisis, and speed is the key in the process of dealing with it, thereby the test of enterprise flexible managerial ability is proposed, which is characterized by building up the organization＇s ability to respond quickly. Based on it, the article analyzes the essential features of enterprise crisis and flexible management, and probes into the internal relationship between the flexible management and the degree of the crisis in allusion to the indeterminacy caused by the crisis, and lastly put forward the policy of enterprise flexible management against the crisis.
