摘要
认为节省交易费用的动力形成了现实中的企业组织结构。随着时间的推移,曾对工业发展作出了重大贡献的传统层级组织结构,已不能适应复杂多变的市场环境。于是,一种能对不确定的环境迅速反应的柔性组织应运而生,并逐步取代传统组织。这种柔性组织具有:全方位联盟,竞争性合作。
The motive of saving trade cost has constantly led to innovations
in the organizational structure of enterprise. With the elapse of time, traditional hierarchic
organization structure has gradually become unsuited to changeable managerial
circumstances, though it ever made great contribution to industrial development. A new flexible
organization, which can quickly respond to the uncertainty of circumstances, has already begun
to substitute the traditional organization. The market behavior of flexible organization is
characterized by many sided alliance, competitive cooperation and organizational learning.
