摘要
从无花果叶水提取物中分离得补骨脂素、香柠檬内酯。水提液乙醚萃取，经ＧＣ／ＭＳ分析，鉴定出５９个化合物，属首次报道。补骨脂素、香柠檬内酯和乙醚提取物经药效学试验均有明显的抗癌活性。
From the water extract of the leaf of Ficus carica bergapten and psoralen were isolated and identified. Fifty nine compouds were identified from the volatile fraction by GC/MS. Animal experiments showed that bergapten and psoralen had strong antitumor activity.
