摘要
通过20个随机引物的扩增结果,显示出分属于4个栽培种的20个材料的RAPD多态性,表明各种、品种间遗传分化上的差异:计算了20个材料的遗传相似系数和遗传距离,建立了它们的UP-GMA系统树:结果表明小官桑与鲁桑系有较近的亲缘关系,广东桑有较复杂的遗传背景。进一步探讨了桑树栽培种及种内各品种之间的亲缘关系。
Twenty varieties(strains)belonging to four cultivated species(M.multicaulisPerr,M,bombycis Koidz,M,atropurpurea Roxb,M. alba Linn)were investigated bymeans of RAPD. The abundant polymorphic DNA in interspecies or intraspecies,whichwere amplified with 20 decamer oligonucleotide primers,demonstrated the differences ingenetic differentiation. Genetic similarity and distance were analysed and the UPGMAdendrogram was established.These results indicated that the variety,Xiao Guanshang,should be classified as M.multicaulis Perr,the genetic background is more complex a-mong varieties of M. atropurpurea Roxb.The relationships among the four cultivatedspecies have been analysed further.
