摘要
主要采用文献资料调研对当今世界大型体育场(馆)投资主体多元化的趋势进行了分析,并着重从政府投资大型体育场(馆)这一视角对投资场(馆)的经济效益和社会效益问题进行了研究。结果表明,大型体育场(馆)多元化的投资结构可以有效节约政府财政支出,最大程度地发挥大型体育场(馆)的经济效益和社会效益。政府投资大型体育场(馆)的效益主要体现在通过发挥场(馆)自身功能促进所在地区经济发展和社会和谐进步。指出了我国政府在投资大型体育场(馆),提高场(馆)效益方面需要注意的问题。
Through using the method of literature investigation, this paper made analysis on trend of the diversification of investment subject for large-scale gymnasium and stadium, especially study the economic and social benefit from the point of government investment. The result showed that the diversification of investment structure of large-scale gymnasium and stadium could effectively save the government financial expenditure, farthest played the economic and social benefit of large-scale gymnasium. The large-scale gymnasium and stadium supported by government should promote the regional economic development and social harmonious progress. It pointed out that our government investing large-scale gymnasium and stadium should considered the problems.
