无灰型硫代氨基甲酸酯润滑添加剂的应用 被引量:13

摘要 亚甲基双二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯为无灰型润滑油抗氧和极压多功能添加剂。研究表明,该添加剂与芳胺类抗氧剂、甲基苯并三唑衍生物具有优秀的抗氧化协同作用;与二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌具有良好的极压协同作用,可以显著提高润滑油脂的梯姆肯OK值和四球烧结负荷;与不含硫磷的钼酸酯添加剂具有良好的抗磨协同作用。通过上述复合,可以拓展该添加剂的应用,提高其性价比。 Methylene bis (dialkyldithiocarbamate) is an ashless antioxidation and EP additive for lubricant. The investigation indicates that, it possesses excellent antioxidation synergism with arylamine antioxidant and tolutriazole derivative; and exhibits good EP synergistic effect with zinc dialkyldithiocarbamate in lubricating oil and grease, as a result, Timken OK load and four- ball weld load can be increased; This additive can also perform the antiwear synergism with organic molybdate containing no phosphorus and sulfur. Through these synergistic combinations, the application of this additive can be widened, and its cost - effectiveness can be improved.
