摘要
以β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯(以下简称3,5-甲酯)和异辛醇为原料,通过酯交换反应,合成了一种液态酚酯型抗氧剂(LEP)。运用IR、FD/MS等分析方法对制备的LEP抗氧剂的结构、组成及理化性能特别是抗氧化性能进行了分析评定。结果表明,LEP具有油溶性好、配伍性强、热安定性好、高温抗氧化能力突出的特点。用该剂调配的CF-410W/40油已通过了全部的发动机台架评定试验。
A new liquid ester-substituted hindered phenol antioxidant (called the LEP for short)was prepared with methyl β-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate and isooctyl alcohol. The composition,structure and anti-oxidation performance of LEP were analyzed and evaluated with various oxidation evaluation bench tests like IR,FD/MS etc. The result indicated that LEP is a kind of ashless antioxidant with good oil solubility,compatibility and thermal stability as well as excellent antioxidation ability at high temperature.The 10W/40 test oils prepared by LEP have passed all the engine tests for API CF-4 performances.
