摘要 介绍了从发酵液中提取L精氨酸的工艺方法。确定了絮凝法预处理发酵液的最佳条件:聚丙烯酰胺的用量为400mg/L,发酵液pH值为10.0,温度为30℃。固定床离子交换的最佳工艺条件:上柱发酵液pH值为2.0,上柱流速为2mL/min,氨水洗脱浓度为0.1mol/L,流速为2mL/min。脱色工艺的最佳条件:活性炭用量为10g/L,脱色温度为80℃,pH值为5.0。整个提取过程中,L精氨酸的总收率为91.2%。 This paper described a technology of extracting L-Arginine from fermentation broth. Pretreatment of the fermentation broth was conducted by using polyacrylamide. Excellent flocculation result was achieved under the following conditions: polyacrylamide dosage 400 mg/L, pH 10.0 and temperature 30℃ . When exchanged through the ion-exchange column, the optimal operation conditions were as following : fermentation broth of pH 2.0, the adsorption velocity of flow 2 mL/min, 0.1 mol/L ammonia as the eluant and the elution velocity of 2 mL/min. The effluent was discdored in the end. The optimum conditions of active carbon discolor method were: the dosage of active carbon 10 g/L, temperature 80℃ , pH5.0. Total recovery ration was 91.2% .
