摘要
从电压、电荷、能量等各个角度详细分析了理想倍压整流电路中倍压电容上的电压关系。结果表明静电电源设备倍压整流电路正常工作下输出电压波动很小,但当除尘电场击穿放电时,其输出电流出现一浪涌,其幅值可超过正常电流的几十倍,引起高压除尘装置供电设备发生故障。
Power supply in high voltage electrostatic dust-cleaning apparatus may breakdown because of the disruptive discharge of electric field, aimed at this problem, the voltage relationship on multiple voltage capacitor and fluctuate range of multiple voltage in multiple voltage rectifying circuit is analyzed in detail from several aspects ( such as voltage, electric charge and energy ) with an ideal model. The output voltage of multiple-voltage rectifying circuit in high voltage electrostatic power supply fluctuates slightly under its normal conditions but drops dramatically if the dust cleaning electric field discharge due to breakdown. At the same time, the current of multiple voltage circuit absorbed from it's power supply circuit will increase by a large margin and take on a surge current which may results in breakdown of power supply unit in high-voltage dust control.
